I figured this would be the best place to say this since hinanine is the top anime website after along time again.filled with real anime watchers.(every anime are rated by me based on thier genres, soundtracks and characters etc...
{Like mha is rated on It's action and It's main genre or story highschool power etc and my dress up darling is rated on It's main genre comedy and romance so if mha is 9.4 and my dress up darling is 9.7 both are properly rated for diffrent genres and are totally differently rated}
I've rated them on every genre I think they are and wrote the average of it afterwards.
Don't jump on me by saying why this 9.9 and this that rating.{The one's highly rated are specially the one's I've rewatched a lot of time like a lot or liked so much that I read their whole manga and that made me include manga rating also in the anime overall rating.}
[For example:Opm,Blue lock,Tokiyo ghoul,Horizon,solo leveling [that was fun they had so many things without aura farming and actually good writing and representation of the characters which was cut in the anime by the production. ]
