During the school festival's dice game, he blushed furiously while carrying out a mission assigned to him by Manza: reciting a line that sounded suspiciously like a confession of love.

He is cousins ​​with fellow first-year and student council secretary Maasa Shirahone, making him one of the few people who knows about Shirahone's past. Perhaps because of this, Shirahone views him with hostility, fearing he might accidentally blurt out secrets about that past; Doguo, however, remains oblivious to this and treats Shirahone in a friendly manner.

He looks up to his upperclassman, Nanao Wakura.
