Official domains

If the site won't load for you, it's usually your ISP or DNS blocking one domain. It's rarely down for everyone.

1. Our domains

These are the only official domains. They share one account and library, so you can sign in on any of them. If one stops working, try the next.

Bookmark this page. Don't trust "mirrors" from random search results or comments.

2. Switch to 1.1.1.1 DNS or use a VPN

Most blocks happen at DNS. Set Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1) or install the free 1.1.1.1 app and turn it on.

  • Android: Settings → Network → Private DNS → one.one.one.one
  • iPhone: the 1.1.1.1 app
  • Windows: Settings → Network → your adapter → Edit DNS → Manual → 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

Still blocked? Connect a VPN to a nearby country, then reload.

3. Hard refresh

Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R · Mac: Cmd + Shift + R. You can also try a private window or clear the site's data.

We will never ask you to install a special player, codec or app. Any page that does is not us, so close it.

Video won't play

Black screen, endless spinner, or the video stops mid-episode? Try these steps before reporting it. ISPs often block video hosts.

1.1.1.1 or VPN

Playback errors are often DNS or ISP blocks on the video host. Switch DNS or use a VPN, then hard refresh.

Clear cache

Hard refresh the watch page. A cached copy of the page can keep loading a video host that no longer works.

Switch server

Pick another server on the same episode. One host can fail while the others still work.

Subtitles

Open CC and pick a track. The first one is sometimes empty or signs-only.

Checklist

  1. 1.1.1.1 DNS or VPN, then reload the episode
  2. Hard refresh, then a private window
  3. Another server on the same episode
  4. Another browser or device, or another official domain
Nothing a player pop-up tells you to "download" or "update" is real. Close it. Still broken? Use Report on the episode with the server name.

Watch2Gether

Watch the same episode with friends in a shared room. Playback stays in sync, and you don't need an extra app.

1. Open an episode

Go to any title you want to watch together.

2. Create or join a room

Start a room from the watch page, or browse public rooms. Share the room link.

3. Keep a room private

Turn Public off and the room stays off the public list. Only people with the link can join.

There's no built-in voice chat. Use a separate call while the room keeps the video in sync.
