The late mother of Ichika Kishimojin. In the past, Kanade had worked for the Bureau in fighting mononoke. While Ichika was a child, her mother was sent on a mission. The mission ended badly, as Kanade was turned to stone by a mononoke. It's unknown whether Kanade is actually deceased or not, though Ichika hopes she can find the mononoke that did it in able to revert it.
