Nanao is one of the main supporting characters and younger son in the Yozakura Family.

He is the sweet and gentle (but enormous) youngest brother, adept at creating drugs and medicine of all kinds. Hides his face with a bucket.

It is later revealed that he uses medicine to shrink his body so he can look like a normal student and go to school to try and live a normal life.
