Chief of the Shibuya Police. As the head of the only public safety organization that was sent to the future, he does his best to keep the peace in a city that’s fallen into chaos. He’s direct and bold, but can also be forceful and overbearing. He’s supposedly famous among other police for his skill with a gun.
