She serves as the manager for either the baseball or soccer team. She is a devoted girl who cannot help but cheer on those who are working hard. She loves the word "guts" and is a hard worker herself.

While she prefers watching sports to playing them, she finds boys who play sports more appealing than those who merely watch. Despite appearances, she is actually a huge fan of rock music.

She is skilled at cooking and—depending on her level of affection—may even make a bento lunch for the protagonist (an event that can occur multiple times, unlike most other school events); however, she seems to believe she has no other redeeming qualities. Her bento is known as the "Rainbow Bento," and according to the well-informed student sitting next to her, it is considered one of the "Three Sacred Treasures" of Kirameki High School (the other two being Shiori Fujisaki's headband and Mira Kagami's bromide photo).

She does not seem to excel academically; while not as poor a student as Asahina-san or Yoshio, she ranks in the lower-middle tier among the game's characters.

She places unwavering trust and high expectations in the protagonist—the character she has taken a special interest in—and, mechanically speaking, she and Koshiki-san are the characters whose "heartbreak level" rises the most slowly.
