He is a boy who appeared in Fuutarou Uesugi's Kyoto trip flashback. Similar to Fuutarou, he was focused on studying, even doing maths during a field trip. He and Takebayashi were childhood friends. Both being class representatives, their classmates perceived the duo to be perfect for each other.
