Arturo Mercado Leonel de Cervantes, better known as Arturo Mercado Jr. is a Mexican voice actor and dubbing director with more than 40 years of experience. Among his most recognized roles are the voice of Mickey Mouse since 2004, Harry Osborn in the films of _Spider-Man_ and Spirit in _Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron_.
He is the recurring dub voice of Tom Cruise and James Franco.

He is the son of Arturo Mercado and Magdalena Leonel.
