In 2007, at age 24, she traveled to Los Angeles, California, where she visited relatives and explored options for studying animation. She later continued to Mexico, traveling alone. She was last seen at a beach party in Tulum, Mexico. Following her disappearance, a missing person investigation was launched. The case has never been officially solved, and the circumstances surrounding her fate remain unclear.
