Sumalee's ethnic heritage is Filipino, Thai, Chinese, and German. As an actor, Sumalee has recurred on numerous TV shows like This Is Us, VEEP, Scandal, NCIS, Nashville, and ER. Her voice-over credits include nearly 100 AAA video games and animated series, including the Emmy Award-winning Transformers Prime, where she plays Arcee, and Ghost of Tsushima, where she plays Yuna.
